You’re all familiar with the whole Yo-sushi concept of the sushi train etc so I’ll skip to the unique qualities of this new venue.
I really like the way the train has been manipulated to go into the bay of each larger table- nothing worse than reaching over- for forcing your friend to be the food fetcher! I also love their sunken seating, that is a nice touch. Not too excited about sectioning off the kitchen area so that only half the tables can see them at work, the interaction with the chefs is normally rather nice.
Still pricey (really you shouldn’t be charging for water by the glad when you have a filter stream installed) but fun and fresh .
