Having a carb focused lunch spot wafting pizza smells thought the window from about 11am is a little cruel don’t you think? I do too.
However this is going to be a great spot for a quick dash- quality food, crispy pizza (no tomato base- not sure how I feel about that) creative toppings. Huge servings of salads and two types of pastas.
I got chatting to the owner and he seems like his motivation is to create a quality store- good with service, quality ingredients. Not too many options as to over whelm the customer and underwhelm the product. He has some grand plans to create his own smoothies etc after he feel out the market.
Judging by the crowds today I think they will indeed do well after they iron out the first day kinks.
