Most New Yorkers will tell you that they have been coming here since they were children (stated matter of fact over their half rimmed glasses from behind a mahogany desk-esque) and the place is still rocking out the best dishes it can muster.
It’s a simple styled place, down some precarious stairs and sat on Formica tables you would be forgiven for wondering what the fuss is about and why they have so many pictures of the staff with Bill Cosby.
I hve no idea about Bill, but the food here was incredible. Loads of it, fresh and fast- please do not leave without getting the Korean crab- it was a delight. We barely dinted our dishes, there was so much food (American proportions perhaps?)so don’t over do it!
