Jones Dairy Cafe in London

LondonEating & DrinkingCafes & Coffee Shops

The best thing about this lovely little back street cafe is the side window… the sweet rustic hole in the wall for Colchester Oysters. It’s really straight forward, your choices are rock or natural, and they vary from £1.30 ea to £7.50 for six.
The man in the red and white classic apron grabs them from the basket in front of you, shucks them and hands them to you with tabasco , lemon and bread and butter sides.
Straight up tasty.
Plus if youre feeling truely decadent you can sneak into the take out area of the Cafe and grab a slice of their coco laiden chocolate cake to hit the sugar high as you make your way back to the flower stalls.
